Brambletye Fruit FarM
Owned and run by Stein Leenders and his family. A mountain of a Dutchman both in stature and personality. Stein is mainly a biodynamic orchard grower; apples, pears and soft fruits, but he also cultivates many varieties of exotic fungi including Grey and Yellow Oysters, King Oyster, Shiitake and Nameko… They also produce a range of superb apple juice and raw vinegars, all from their own produce.
Brambletye also run a market garden that exists predominantly to supply their own London Markets. Brambletye are their own biggest customer, running nearly twenty different markets throughout the month. Their produce is famed by those that know it.
